# How Will Big Business Influence My Love of Programming?

I am an introvert, with extroverted tendencies. This combination serves me well for my chosen field of computer science, I think?

I read two very interesting stories this evening. [Inc. Google's CEO Faced Intense Criticism at an All-Hands Meeting. His Response Was a Lesson for Every Leader](https://www.inc.com/jason-aten/googles-ceo-faced-intense-criticism-at-an-all-hands-meeting-his-response-was-a-lesson-for-every-leader.html) and

[Tech Crunch, Dropbox buy Form Management Platform FormSwift For $95 Million](https://techcrunch.com/2022/12/16/dropbox-buys-form-management-platform-formswift-for-95m-in-cash/) and I got to thinking about the business of tech.

I love coding, but what adjustments do I need to make to compensate for the business of technology?

Billions of dollars are flowing through this industry. That money is feeding lots of mouths, so again I wonder, How do I protect my pure love of programming from going stale in an environment that includes so much more than code?

With these words, I bid you...

Good night
