# Learning JavaScript and Designing My Professional Website

I started with JavaScript! Thus far, it isn't as painful as I'd thought. The first few challenges consisted of explanations of what is a variable and how JavaScript organizes this idea for putting forth code.

The text editor puts out different information than when I used HTML and CSS. At the bottom of the screen, it lets you know if the code has errors. This should be an interesting trip, I am excited and still a bit intrigued by this programming language because it is foreign to me, it's a mystery and adventure, but soon we'll be old friends. 

## The Weekend
The weekend is here and it's time for me to work on my own projects. I'll be designing my professional website. I am going to start with some rough sketches of how I want it to look. Then I'll handwrite some code and put it in the editor, hopefully, it'll work. Trial and error, till I get success and the site of my dreams.

I don't know if this is the best way, but as I build more websites and such, I'll figure out what works best.
