If People Could Code Their Thinking Like a Website Their Quality of Life Would Improve
The Paralell of Coding and Thinking
Thoughts and coding are curious siblings. They both have an invisible structure enabling their material functionality. You wouldn't be able to read this article if proper coding wasn't sustaining this website and you wouldn't be able to act upon what you are reading without proper thoughts about the information.
Proper coding allows a website to perform at its full potential. When there are errors(aka bugs in the tech world), in the code a programmer fixes the problem and software, computers and websites can continue to help the individuals using them.
Proper thinking helps people perform at their full potential. When there are errors(aka as bipolar disorder, post-traumatic syndrome, etc. in the mental health community), psychologists( and other therapies), fix the problem and people can live healthy lives.
The problem with a majority of people, is just that they don't know how to program websites and, they don't know how to program their minds. This causes a poor quality of life that sometimes becomes unsustainable. With tragic ends such as suicide if proper intervention isn't administered.
Perfect Examples of Human Thinking
Two fictional examples of proper thinking are Forest Gump and Hannibal Lecter. They contrast in their levels of intellect, but both personify how good thinking can achieve exceptional results.
Forest Gump's simplistic mind wasn't cluttered with unnecessary thoughts that inflated his ego. He just did the most with every circumstance that was placed before him without questioning his value.
Hannibal lecter's brilliant mind wasn't cluttered with unnecessary thoughts that caused him to doubt himself. He just created opportunities and fulfilled his desires without being distracted.
These types of thinking are similar to coding because coding is always using the most simplistic information to generate the most dynamic results. It isn't concerned about being fancy, it's concerned with being efficient.
Food for Thought
If you learn how to choose your thoughts wisely, you will not suffer and achieve a fulfilled life. Wise thoughts understand that life is a series of events that can be acted upon, with each action creating a mysterious consequence.
Don't be overly concerned with how you fuck up, what people think or how you measure up to others. embrace your life and enjoy the moments. Each moment will change like the seasons, some lasting only for minutes others lasting years, but each must change. The key is to understand what's needed for each season and live in that season, not wanting the past or desiring the future.
