Prayer, yoga, coffee and meditation have been significant tools for my overall solid health. But when I started learning code, I made excuses. l thought I didn't have time, and neglected these parts of my routine, except coffee. But even coffee got skipped some days.
I finally realized how much I needed them. I did prayer, yoga, coffee and meditation this morning. I was probably more productive. I didn't do a lot of dilly dallying around. I was focused and completed tasks with ease.
I've concluded, prayer, yoga, coffee and mediation are essential to my healthy living and productivity.
If you're feeling burnt out, a little exercise and spiritual nurturing might help.
