It's Time for The Second Part of My Certification

These are the raw confessions of the growing pains I experience as I learn software engineering. I am learning on my own but with lots of priceless resources online. You'll hear about these resources in my articles. Please pray for me!
I've arrived and landed at the 2nd part of my certification project. I am creating a tribute page.
My first assessment of the task is agreeable. The page "seems" simple. I should be able to replicate the page with three sections: a header, an image block(if that's a thing, remember I am a newbie) and a main section.
The main section will need an unordered list with some bold text and aligned center. We'll see if I am right...
Anyway, more tomorrow...
